As Founder and CEO of Ceros Industrial Services, Bryce Lines brings over a decade of front-line experience in rigging, crane operations, and heavy logistics to the executive table. His leadership is built on the principle that operational excellence starts on the ground—with skilled crews, tight coordination, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.
Before founding Ceros, Bryce spent years in the trenches of the rigging industry—working with cranes, forklifts, and heavy equipment on some of the most demanding industrial and data center projects across the country. He quickly rose through the ranks in top-tier crane and rigging firms, earning a reputation for delivering high-stakes projects on time, under pressure, and with zero tolerance for shortcuts.
Today, Bryce leads Ceros with the same grit and attention to detail that defined his time in the field. As CEO, he oversees national strategy, client development, and project execution—ensuring every job reflects the company’s core values: safety, speed, and precision.
His approach is both entrepreneurial and operational. He partners directly with general contractors, mechanical and electrical trades, and hyperscale developers to deliver turnkey solutions that eliminate delays, reduce costs, and get critical infrastructure online faster.

Kyle brings to Ceros a deep legacy of leadership, hands-on industrial know-how, and entrepreneurial grit. As the longtime President and founder of Bentley Welding Inc. (BWI), Kyle has spent over a decade running complex fabrication, process-piping, structural steel, and heavy-duty fabrication projects across demanding industries. LinkedIn+1
